From Tucson, drive East on I-10, and turn South on State Highway 83 for about 25 miles. Then turn West onto the Gardner Canyon Road and follow the signs to Kentucky Camp. (about 5 miles from SR83) This is a well-maintained dirt road. The gate to Kentucky Camp is normally locked. Park your car in the lot at the top of the ridge, and walk down to Kentucky Gulch, about 1/4 mile. |
